How to make it

  • Unpeeled mandarins should be put in a pot, poured with water, brought to a boil and simmered for 1 hour.
  • When mandarins are fully cooled, its seeds should be removed and the remaining mass should be pureed.
  • With electric mixer eggs and sugar should be whisked until smooth and glossy mass.
  • Mandarins puree should be added as well as almond meal. Mix everything well.
  • Take a 22cm diameter greased round baking pan, pour the mixed mass and bake in preheated oven (160C) for 1 hour.
