Mexican Beef And Bean Casserole

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 2 cans kidney beans rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375
- Cook beef till brown then drain
- Mix beef,beans,tomato sauce,salsa and chili powder in ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes stirring 1-2 times when baking
- until hot and bubbly
- Sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered till cheese is melted.
