Mexican Beef And Bean Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375
  • Cook beef till brown then drain
  • Mix beef,beans,tomato sauce,salsa and chili powder in ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes stirring 1-2 times when baking
  • until hot and bubbly
  • Sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered till cheese is melted.
