How to make it

  • 1. In a one gallon plastic container add yogurt, vinegar, onions, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper
  • 2. Mix with a hand held blender, then add the mayo, lemon juice and mix again.
  • 3. Add the celery leaves, parsley, cilantro, mint and dill and mix for 1 min again.
  • 4. Add the relish and mix for 1 min. Then adjust the volume to 3200 ml. with filtered water and mix again.
  • 5. Taste and adjust salt and sugar to taste.
