Fresh Peach Salsa & Brie Bruschetta

- 2 large peaches (or nectarines), diced shopping list
- 1-2 red fresno chilies, minced (or jalapeno) shopping list
- 1-2 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (or basil) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar shopping list
- fresh lime juice, to taste shopping list
- splash of white peach balsamic shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper and sea salt, to taste shopping list
- ~ shopping list
- any kind of brie/creamy cheese (I prefer St. Andre for this!) shopping list
- 1 baguette, sliced on a bias, brushed with olive oil, grilled or toasted shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, all salsa ingredients. Let chill for at least one hour (or overnight). Serve atop cheese on grilled/toasted bread
