Easy Cheesy Potatoes

- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered shopping list
- 1 small box velveeta shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes in salted water till almost fork tender.
- Drain, and add back to pot. Stir in soup and then dice up the velveta and stir, over low heat till melted. Add salt and pepper to taste!
- Let sit for about 15 minutes and serve!
