How to make it

  • Wash and remove stumps from mushrooms and set aside in a separate bowl
  • with the tip of a spoon, hollow out the middle
  • using a sharp knife or food processor mince the stumps and put n bowl with panko and bread crumbs along with both shredded cheeses and blend setting a little aside for the top coating
  • add crumbled crispy bacon
  • stuff into hollow mushrooms
  • cover all mushrooms with the rest of the cheese and bacon
  • drizzle with olive oil
  • bake for 25 mins at 375
