  • 1 Box Organic Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup (my favorite is from Trader Joe’s, but other markets carry different brands that are very good, also) shopping list
  • 1 to 2 cups leftover Quinoa, black bean & corn Taco filling shopping list
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste shopping list

How to make it

  • Heat the soup with the leftover taco filling.
