How to make it
- Grate the beets using both the coarse and fine sides of the grater to have different textures in the sauce.
- Add horseradish, sugar, vinegar and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper.
- Champagnetime note: There are a lot of recipes online for Horseradish with Beets even though I had never heard of it before. I took the best sounding ingredients from many and the results are very tasty, indeed.
