- follow cake mix inst to make
- Serves thick 9x13
"will lift your cakes...doesn't change the flavor---great for 9inch rounds or a thicker 9x13 sheet cake
Ingredients
- cake mix Extender shopping list
- Add to any cake mix to make it equal 1.5x the batter amount. shopping list
- 1 cup flour ( I use cake flour, but all purpose will work too) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Add to a regular box mix for 9 inch cakes...Follow directions for your cake mix...may take a little longer as the cake(s) will be thicker, do a toothpick test for doneness.
