How to make it

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined, kneading by hand until a stiff, slightly dry dough forms.
  • Wrap in plastic and chill at least 1 hour, preferably overnight*.
  • Preheat oven to 375F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
  • Roll dough out to 1/8" thickness and cut out into desired shapes.
  • Bake for 10 minutes (for 2” crackers).
  • Cool completely on the sheets.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and eat within a few days.
  • Note

  • You can also make and freeze blocks of dough for later baking - wrap in plastic, then foil and freeze up to 6 months. Thaw completely in the fridge before proceeding with the recipe.
