This is an incredible steak if you like spicy food. Great flavors in this blend. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 beef rib eye steaks cut 1” thick shopping list
- Rub: shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes shopping list
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger shopping list
- 2 teaspoons allspice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl combine rub ingredients then sprinkle each side of the steaks well with the mixture.
- Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes per side.
