How to make it

  • 1. Sift together flour, milk, baking powder and salt
  • 2. Mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Then mix dry ingredients along with the liquid ingredients including oil, yogurt and whip creme. Mix the dough well for 10 min and cover. Let it stand for 40 minutes until it double in size
  • 4. Once it's ready, divide into half and roll on table into rectangular shape
  • 5. Apply butter on top using brush and mix the stuffing ingredients and sprinkle on top See Photo. Roll it into circle and divide it into equal 8 portions. If you want it smaller u can divide it into 16 (your choice) See Photo
  • 6. Put it on tray and press lighter from the top. Note: keep space between the rolls as it is going to raise up See Photo. Put on oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down
  • 7. Serve with the mixture of the topping. See Photo
