This is a tasty blend of ingredients which can with salad greens, poultry salads, or even to glaze grilled or broiled salmon. Double recipe if desired. Nice piquant flavor .

This is delicious!! I often find red wine vinegar intense but the pomegranate juice and honey (I used maple syrup though) pleasantly mellowed it. I used a handheld froth blender to blend the ingredients which lightened the color. If I had just vigorously stirred it would have stayed a gorgeous shade of red colored like that of the pomegranate juice. Would be ideal to have on the table for Christmas or Valentines Day!!
