How to make it

  • Combine the prunes, raisins, dates, Craisins, figs, tea, syrup, orange juice and orange zest in a large bowl. Cover and let stand 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
  • Add oil to the bowl of fruit, then mix in the dry ingredients until blended.
  • Fold in the seeds and nuts.
  • Spread in the pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, until tests done.
  • Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then turn out onto a rack and cool completely.
