Beef Brisket

- 2 tblsps chili powder shopping list
- 2 tblsp salt shopping list
- 1 tblsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tblsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tblsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tblsp sugar shopping list
- 2 tsps dry mustard shopping list
- 1 bay leaf crushed shopping list
- 4 lbs brisket shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- make a dry rub by combining all but last 2 ingredients season the raw brisket on both sides with the rub place in roasting pan and roast uncovered for 1 hour
- add beef stock and enough water to yield about 1/2 inch of liquid in the roasting pan lower oven to 300 cover ban tightly and continue cooking for 3 hours
