- 1 can family size cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Fresh or dried tarragon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp celery salt shopping list
- 1 Bay Leaf shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper, or just ground shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- If you cook bacon that day, and / or have bacon grease then use it for fat in which to brown the chicken breasts on both sides, coating with some pepper, seasoned salt and a little sea salt , to taste. You can use butter or olive oil or whatever instead, but the bacon grease is perfect for this. Don't overdo the seasonings, but don't be shy with it either, i think. You can saute the onions with the chicken as well. Move those to your slow cooker or a casserole. Then just throw in all other ingredients. Turn on slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours or so until done, if using a crock pot. If baking, you can do a moderate oven for about 2 hours maybe, or a low oven for 3 or 4, just until chicken reaches the ideal internal temp if you use a meat thermometer in it.
