- 300 g pork tenderloin shopping list
A
- ½ tsp rice wine shopping list
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1½ tbsp water shopping list
B
- 1½ tbsp sweet bean paste shopping list
- ½ tbsp rice wine shopping list
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce shopping list
- ⅔ tbsp sugar shopping list
- ½ tsp cornstarch shopping list
- ½ cup scallions, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Shred the meat along the grain, mix with A. Add 2 tbsp oil and stir before frying so that the shredded meat will separate easily during frying.
- Mix B in a bowl and set aside for later use.
- Soak the shredded scallions in water for about 5 minutes; remove and drain.
- Heat the wok then add 2 tbsp oil. Stir-fry the meat then remove it.
- Reheat the wok, and add 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry B until fragrant. Add the meat; stir-fry to mix; remove from heat.
- Mix with shredded scallions; place it on the serving plate.
