How to make it

  • Shred the meat along the grain, mix with A. Add 2 tbsp oil and stir before frying so that the shredded meat will separate easily during frying.
  • Mix B in a bowl and set aside for later use.
  • Soak the shredded scallions in water for about 5 minutes; remove and drain.
  • Heat the wok then add 2 tbsp oil. Stir-fry the meat then remove it.
  • Reheat the wok, and add 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry B until fragrant. Add the meat; stir-fry to mix; remove from heat.
  • Mix with shredded scallions; place it on the serving plate.
