How to make it

  • Place lemon and orange in bottom of the crock pot.
  • Put pheasant on top. (Skin removed)
  • Sprinkle spice blend on top of the pheasant.
  • (Basically Rosemary and garlic)
  • Spread soup over all and sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook on high 1 hour and then on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is done. It depends on the size of the breasts. You can cut the meat in smaller pieces to cook faster.
