Citrus Crock Pot Pheasant

- 1 lemon quartered shopping list
- 1 orange quartered shopping list
- Pheasant breasts shopping list
- rosemary spice blend shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Place lemon and orange in bottom of the crock pot.
- Put pheasant on top. (Skin removed)
- Sprinkle spice blend on top of the pheasant.
- (Basically Rosemary and garlic)
- Spread soup over all and sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook on high 1 hour and then on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is done. It depends on the size of the breasts. You can cut the meat in smaller pieces to cook faster.
