How to make it

  • Combine first nine ingredients and put in an uncovered 1qt See Photo. baking dish.
  • Bake at 375º for 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine last 4 ingredients into a crumble topping.
  • Drop crumbles on top of soufflé and bake 30 mins. more, uncovered. See Photo
  • Done when knife comes out clean.
~Souffle without topping for the first 30 mins. in oven   Close
~Soufflé in oven with crumble topping for the second 30 mins. in oven.   Close

    Carrot Soufflé...Carotene for the retina,enabling perfect night vision.
    One beautiful soufflé with a dramatic height is a vision to behold.
    Timing is a good key to a great soufflé,it's all about the drama as all your guests are placed in their proper place around the round table.
    Presentation should be seen as one glides through the entry way with said soufflé cradled like a new born baby,carried carefully from the oven while it is still light,airy and heavenly.
    Serving should be a big display,and consuming it should feel important.
    Using silver spoons,break open the top and watch the steam escape as you hear a chiming of your guest choir..."Ahhhh Heavenly!"
    Your soufflé has reached great heights in it's flight.
