Carrot Soufflé

- 2 c. cooked carrots, drained and crushed (about a lb.) shopping list
- 1/4 c margarine or butter, melted shopping list
- 2 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 Tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts or none!(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first nine ingredients and put in an uncovered 1qt See Photo. baking dish.
- Bake at 375º for 30 min.
- Meanwhile, combine last 4 ingredients into a crumble topping.
- Drop crumbles on top of soufflé and bake 30 mins. more, uncovered. See Photo
- Done when knife comes out clean.
~Souffle without topping for the first 30 mins. in oven
