Atsa some farmhouse pizza

- 6 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 8 ounces of button mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 pizza dough from your favorite pizzaria (a tip I learned from Rachel Ray!!!) shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce shopping list
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 ounces of wafer-thin sliced smoked ham shopping list
- 6 artichoke hearts in oil, drained and sliced shopping list
- 2 ounces anchovy fillet, drained and cut lengthwise (optional) shopping list
- 10 black olives, no pits, cut in half shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped shopping list
- 4 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- garlic to your liking, or none if you don't like it shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- In a pan on the stove, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the mushrooms and fry just until all the juices have evaporated.
- Let cool.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a 12x10-inch rectangle.
- Brush with olive oil and place, oiled side down, on a medium-hot grill. Cook for 6 minutes, or until firm.
- Remove from grill.
- Brush the uncooked side of the dough with olive oil and turn over.
- Spread with tomato sauce and some minced garlic, if you desire.
- Arrange the sliced mozzarella cheese on to.
- "Scrunch" up the smoked ham and arrange it on top of the pizza.
- Add the sliced artichoke hearts, cooked mushroom, and anchovies (if using them)
- Dot with the olives, then sprinkle with the oregano and parmesan.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with fresh ground pepper.
- Return to grill and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until dough is golden brown and crisp.
