Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a pan on the stove, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry just until all the juices have evaporated.
  • Let cool.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a 12x10-inch rectangle.
  • Brush with olive oil and place, oiled side down, on a medium-hot grill. Cook for 6 minutes, or until firm.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Brush the uncooked side of the dough with olive oil and turn over.
  • Spread with tomato sauce and some minced garlic, if you desire.
  • Arrange the sliced mozzarella cheese on to.
  • "Scrunch" up the smoked ham and arrange it on top of the pizza.
  • Add the sliced artichoke hearts, cooked mushroom, and anchovies (if using them)
  • Dot with the olives, then sprinkle with the oregano and parmesan.
  • Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with fresh ground pepper.
  • Return to grill and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until dough is golden brown and crisp.
