Applesauce Bundt Muffins

these are really yummy and i made them in a bundt pan hence bundt muffins
Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs shopping list
- 4 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups unsweetened apple sauce shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 3 tsps ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tsps ground allspice shopping list
- 2 tsps baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- cream the butter and the sugar
- add the eggs one at a time
- mix in the applesauce, cinnamon, allspice and cloves
- sift the salt baking soda and flour together then add to the applesauce mixture and mix thoroughly
- stir in the chopped nuts
- pour into greased mufffin pan i use bundt pan
- and bake for about 15 minutes
- sprinkle powdered sugar over them whilst still warm
