Greek Lima Bean Salad

- 2 cups frozen lima beans shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced olives shopping list
- 1 red pepper shopping list
- 1 ounce feta cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest shopping list
- chopped parsley shopping list
- salt, and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Microwave two cups of frozen lima beans until cooked. Mix with two tablespoons olive oil, 1/3 cup sliced olives, one diced red pepper, one ounce feta cheese, one tablespoon lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve as a side dish or light lunch.
