Pecorino Crusted Cod

- 1 cod Fillet approx 1 pound shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 Tbsp pecorino cheese grated shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 375
- Prepare cod into required portions
- Create a breading station ( flour, milk and egg, and cheese and crumbs all in their own containers)
- Dredge the cod into the flour then the milk and finally into the cheese and crumb mix.
- I then heat a little bit of oil in a fry pan and quickly sear the fish to give it a nice golden color and some extra crunch.
- Place on a baking sheet and place in over for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
