How to make it

  • Preheat over to 375
  • Prepare cod into required portions
  • Create a breading station ( flour, milk and egg, and cheese and crumbs all in their own containers)
  • Dredge the cod into the flour then the milk and finally into the cheese and crumb mix.
  • I then heat a little bit of oil in a fry pan and quickly sear the fish to give it a nice golden color and some extra crunch.
  • Place on a baking sheet and place in over for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  • enjoy
