How to make it

  • Mix sauce ingredients together well, and leave out at room temp as you prepare and bake the meatballs.
  • Prepare meatballs by mixing all meatballs ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Shape into bite size meatballs and lay them on a baking sheet that has sides.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until done.
  • Serve immediately, drizzling the tops with some of the sauce and garnish with green onion slices.
  • *Optional additions: Add however much you want of crushed red pepper flakes, if you want some heat in the meatballs OR add it to the sauce, or both if you really like heat!
