How to make it

  • Mix the pepper, cilantro, and jalapeno into the avocado to make a guacamole, and chill. On the stove top over medium heat, saute the spinach, onions, and tomatoes in the broth until tender. Warm the tortillas, fill with the fish and sauteed vegetables (serve extra vegetables on the side), garnish with fresh-squeezed lime juice, and top with the guacamole.
