- 1 pound ground lean meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan shopping list
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese grated shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 Table. fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/3 cup . tapenade shopping list
- 1/4 cup baby bok choy, chopped shopping list
- Bisquick 2 cups shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayo shopping list
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet, brown meat with chopped onion , until no longer pink.
- Mix together all the topping ingredients and combine it with the meat mixture. set aside.
- Preheat oven 450 degrees F
- Making the Crust: 2 cups bisquick, the milk and mayo. Stir the wet into the dry, and "Beat dough Hard for 30 seconds to make it tighten up enough to handle. Turn dougn on well-floured cloth-covered board. Pat, round it up and fold over 3 times"
- Divide dough in half and spread half into bottom of 8 " X 8 " pan. Top with the topping/filling combo, and top with the other 1/2 of dough: with fingers spread the dough over the filling. (don't worry, the dough will rise and fill in the empty spaces!!!) May brush with beaten yolk.
- Into hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes. serve hot or cold.
