When this recipe was aired on December 11, 2002 on KQTV (Channel 10) that I knew that I had to make it.When I sent an stamped self envelope that I asked for this recipe.At the time I didn't have an computer where I lived and or an email address at the time. Read more I've made this for about 6 to 8 years that I decided to stop making this all together for the holidays.I had been asked for this recipe.When my old man worked at Nufarm and had excess to a printer that he made 10 plus each time that I had ran out of it. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter shopping list
- 4 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 tablespoons milk shopping list
How to make it
- Coat a 9 inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large microwave - safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter.Microwave at 80% power for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and add the remaining ingredients; mix well and press into the pie plate.Microwave at 80% power for additional 1 minute.
- Place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.Remove and cut into eight pie - shaped pieces, wrap, and decorate.

- MAKE THEM MERRY!Wrap your fudge in colorful plastic wrap and tie with frestive ribbons.You might even want to add beaded eyes or a felt nose to the wrapper.And don't forget to package your edible gift with an ornament or even attach the recipe.Holiday fudge makes a great stocking stuffer too!
