White Chocolate And Pineapple Bread Pudding For A Crowd Recipe

How to make it

  • Place bread pieces in large baking pan
  • In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar
  • Stir in heavy cream and half and half and whisk
  • Stir in cinnamon and pineapple
  • Pour over bread and push down bread to make sure it's soaked well
  • Sprinkle cake mix over
  • Sprinkle with white chocolate ships and drizzle butter onto.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven until set, about 45 minutes to an hour
  • Pour sauce over and serve

  • In small saucepan melt butter and sugars over med heat
  • Cook while stirring until sugar starts to dissolve
  • Pour in the half and half and bourbon
  • Mixure should bubble up
  • Pour over bread pudding and enjoy!
