White Chocolate And Pineapple Bread Pudding For A Crowd

- 1 loaf Natures own butter bread, cut into pieces shopping list
- 3 tablespoons my melted butter shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 12 ounces crushed pineapple shopping list
- Tablespoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- Pint heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup halfand half shopping list
- 1 cup or so white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup butter pecan cake mix, or yellow shopping list
- bourbon sauce shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup halfand half or milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- Place bread pieces in large baking pan
- In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar
- Stir in heavy cream and half and half and whisk
- Stir in cinnamon and pineapple
- Pour over bread and push down bread to make sure it's soaked well
- Sprinkle cake mix over
- Sprinkle with white chocolate ships and drizzle butter onto.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until set, about 45 minutes to an hour
- Pour sauce over and serve

- In small saucepan melt butter and sugars over med heat
- Cook while stirring until sugar starts to dissolve
- Pour in the half and half and bourbon
- Mixure should bubble up
- Pour over bread pudding and enjoy!
