How to make it

  • Thaw the frozen turnip greens.
  • Saute garlic, and onions in the olive oil for about 5 minutes over medium heat in a pot.
  • Add greens, sausage and stock to the pot and give it a good stir. Add in seasoning. Cover and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes until greens are tender.
