How to make it

  • Get your bamboo skewers and set them to soaking.
  • Peel and clean shrimp. Put the cleaned shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle the jerk seasoning over and give them a good tossing.
  • Heat up the grill or large skillet to medium and add the oil. Thread the shrimp on the skewers and place on hot grill. Brown on each side. About 3 minutes a side but keep an eye on it you don't want to over cook them.
