Caribbean Jerk Grilled Shrimp

- 3/4 lb shrimp, 51-60 Per Bag shopping list
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp caribbean jerk seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Get your bamboo skewers and set them to soaking.
- Peel and clean shrimp. Put the cleaned shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle the jerk seasoning over and give them a good tossing.
- Heat up the grill or large skillet to medium and add the oil. Thread the shrimp on the skewers and place on hot grill. Brown on each side. About 3 minutes a side but keep an eye on it you don't want to over cook them.
