Lemon Seabass Fillets

- 4 seabass fillets shopping list
- 1 lemon, juice and zest shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, diced shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Start by scoring the fish skin in a diagonal angle.
- Place the fish on a plate and season with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice&zest. Marinade for a few minutes.
- Remove garlic.
- Pour the olive oil on a hot fying pan and place the fillets skin side down. Cook undisturbed for 4 minutes until the skin becomes crisp and golden. Don’t touch it, fuss over it, or in any way fiddle with it. Let it form a crust.
- Now turn the fish over, turn the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes. Your fish will be crispy and moist.
- Serve immediately.
