How to make it

  • Saute all the vegies until nearly cooked.
  • Add spices and herbs and stir well.
  • Add sultanas and nuts and stock.
  • Stir well and cook another few minutes.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted sunflower seeds
