Ingredients
- 400 grams baby spinach (leaves - washed, dried and roughly shredded) shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed) shopping list
- 250 grams cream cheese (smooth, or savoury cottage cheese) shopping list
- 125 ml parmesan cheese (freshly grated, or pecorino cheese or smoked mozzarella) shopping list
- 250 ml cream (or plain yoghurt) shopping list
- 5 ml black pepper (coarsely grated) shopping list
- 1 pinch of nutmeg shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
- 500 grams tagliatelle (or linguini, cooked) shopping list
How to make it
- Process all the ingredients except the pasta in a food processor or with a hand blender.
- Mix into piping hot pasta.
- Sprinkle with more parmesan.
