- 1/3 cup vegetable stock (preferably powdered) shopping list
- or 2 packets of Knorr brand vegtable "home-style stock" shopping list
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast (found at whole food stores and co-ops) shopping list
- 1/8 cup Spike brand seasoning (try Amazon.com for this one) shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups coconut milk (one can, if you acquire it that way) shopping list
- 2 cups fire roasted diced tomato (one can, if you don't want to roast them yourselves) shopping list
How to make it
- Put all the ingredients into a pot, bring to boil, than cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 min.
