How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Mix - Ins : Costomize meatloaf by adding one of the following mix-ins withloaf ingredients; proceed as directed as listed above.
  • 1 cup frozen (thawed) or canned (drained) corn, green beans or peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
  • 1 jar (2.5 oz) mushrooms, divided
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsly or cilantro

  • Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese after removing meatloaf from oven.
