How to make it

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a 9” square pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the quinoa, chia, sugar, soy milk and vanilla until well combined.
  • Add the chickpea flour and the flaxseed and mix well. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Bake 26-28 minutes. Cool in the pan before cutting.
