How to make it

  • 1) Strain Salsa. Separate the liquid from
  • the product (liquid can be used in other recipes) See Photo
  • Set Salsa product aside.
  • 2) Place re-fried beans in sauce pan. See Photo
  • 1 can-at-a-time..w/ medium heat..
  • Add Taco Mix by tbsp & STIR & taste.
  • 3) Slice Black Olives. See Photo
  • Place on paper towels to absorb liquid.
  • 4) Mince & reserve onion See Photo
  • 5) Rince Avocado See Photo. Cut Avacado thru to seed.
  • Remove Avacado meat from shell & seed.
  • Mash Avacado meat (I use a mixer)
  • Add dash of lemon juice to preserve
  • green color.
  • In the mashed Avacado, sprinkle some of
  • the onions & 2/3 of the Sour Creme.
  • MIX and season to taste.
  • This is now..Guacomole!!
  • 6) Add balance of Sour Creme to Avacado mix
  • & season to taste. Perhaps you didn't use all
  • the onion...it's 'OK'.
  • 7) Now..layer your Dip See Photo
  • 7A) Refried Beans..spread product evenly
  • 7B) Guacomole......ditto
  • 7C) Sprinkle drained Salsa over all the product
  • 7D) Sprinkle shredded cheese..ditto
  • 7E) Black Olives...ditto
  • 8) Cover until ready to serve, See Photo
  • serve with the corn chips....Delicious!!!

  • Want a lesser quantity?? recipe can be cut in half.
  • But still use 2 Avacados.
  • Prep & clean-up time..allow 2 hours.
  • Recipe can be made in advance. Serve at room temperature.
  • ENJOY!!!
