How to make it

  • In a large bowl combine all till smooth with electric mixer or use your power blender to mix
  • Pour into a greased and floured large 10 x 5 loaf pan or use a bundt or tube pan
  • Batter should fill almost over 1/2 full
  • Bake in a preheated 350 oven until tested done in center with toothpick
  • Cool on rack
  • Wrap and slice the next day for best flavor
  • Note: no added butter, margarine or oil in this recipe.
