How to make it

  • 1)fry your bacon over medium heat and set to drain. when your bacon has completely dried crumble it!
  • 2)add potatoes onion and half of your parsley flakes into your bacon drippings over medium heat
  • 3)cook your potatoes until tender. drain your potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. pour your melted butter, ranch, and parsley flakes over your potatoes and toss...add bacon on top.
  • 4) ENJOY!!! ;)

    Thanks Jaden. You can actually edit your recipe with the change of directions to include the ranch dressing. That way future lookers can see the correction as Reviews & Comments will eventually fall off the page as new comments are added.

    lol im sooo sorry! you are supposed to mix the ranch with the butter and parsley ! ( but secretly i pour it on top!) :)

    What do you do with the ranch dressing? I would guess that's what makes it a salad and not just fried potatoes. I like bacon a lot too and would not complain much if potatoes were the only vegetable left on earth.
