How to make it

  • Add cumin to a small bowl and whisk in the vegetable oil, soy sauce, sherry, garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place lamb in marinade and coat on all sides. Cover and place in refrigerator and marinate for 2 hours to overnight.
  • Grill for 8 minutes per side, let rest. Enjoy. :)
