How to make it

  • *Grab your blender or juicer. I used my blender and just ran the blended juice through a sieve to get the pulp out for a more liquidy consistency. Using a juicer will eliminate that step.
  • Add spinach first. This will allow air into your blender blades to get everything moving.
  • Add green apples, peaches, coconut water.
  • Blend or juice away!
  • For an additional added benefit, you can add the chia seeds. They contain omega-3 fatty acids and can add a little crunch to your juice.
  • Serve this over ice, so refreshing!
