Apple - Oat Breakfast Cookies

- 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats shopping list
- ⅓ cup multigrain hot cereal (or oat bran) shopping list
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 2 tbsp (30g) unflavoured whey isolate shopping list
- 2 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- ½ tsp allspice shopping list
- ½ tbsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ¾ cup cup-for-cup stevia shopping list
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed shopping list
- 1 ⅓ cups warm Amoré almonds + Dairy shopping list
- ¼ cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 large apple, diced (no need to peel) shopping list
- ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds shopping list
- 2 tbsp millet shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oats, cereal, flour, whey, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, salt, stevia and flaxseed.
- Add the Amoré Almonds + Dairy, oil and vanilla and stir until just blended. Fold in the apple and seeds.
- Drop ¼ cupfuls of batter onto the baking sheets at least 2” apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely on the sheets.
