Turkey Chicken Meatloaf Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, 5-10 minutes.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sauteed onions with Worcestershire sauce, water, bouillon and ketchup. Add turkey, seasoning and egg mix well. Add breadcrumbs last and mix well.
  • 3. Pour meat mixture into a lightly oiled bread pan. Bake 45 minutes then spread topping sauce over the top and bake for 15 more minutes. A thermometer inserted into center should registers 170°. Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before serving.
