How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  • In a bowl cream together the shortening, cheese and the sugars.
  • Beat in the bananas and vanilla.
  • Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, salt, spice and flaxseed.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet and flatten slightly with wet fingers.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
