Gluten-free Dairy-free Pumpkin Pie

- Gluten-free pie crust (or mix) shopping list
- 1 can of pumpkin shopping list
- 14 oz can of coconut cream shopping list
- 3 tsp of pumpkin pie spice OR shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp allspice shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sucanat or coconut palm sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs or 1/2 egg substitute shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients minus the gluten-free pie crust. Pour into prepare pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 325 in order to bake for another 40-45 minutes until knife comes clean. Cool overnight and serve.
