Peach Pomegranate Salad

I made this to take advantage of a pomegranate which was included in our produce box. It is light, fruity, and goes well with chicken or fish dishes.
Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce, torn into pieces shopping list
- 1 Pomegranate, seeded shopping list
- 2 Peaches, sliced, or 1 jar of sliced peaches shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of slivered almonds shopping list
- Raspberry vinaigrette dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange lettuce on salad plates
- Layer peach slices and almonds over the lettuce
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the salad
- Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over salad and serve.
