- 1 lb. of pulled pork shopping list
- 3 links of sausage, cooked, diced, I used a smoked beef sausage shopping list
- 1 large onion, diced shopping list
- 1 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 12 ounce can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles shopping list
- 1 14.5 ounce can of corn niblets, drained shopping list
- 8 ounces of diced okra shopping list
- 1 can of black eyed peas, I used Old Glory Brand shopping list
- 16 ounces of fordhook lima beans shopping list
- 32 ounces of chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce, your favorite shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of ground thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of powdered mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp of worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke shopping list
How to make it
- Grill the sausages and dice. The pulled pork is leftovers from a smoked Boston pork butt. Dump all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for four to six hours.
