How to make it

  • Prep veggies by dicing everything into medium to small pieces
  • In a large pot begin to heat water for the glass noodles
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat then add 1/2 cop of sesame oil
  • toss in veggie mixture and lower heat, sauteing till they soften
  • put glass noodles in boiling water until they soften but not fully cook them
  • once glass noodles are limp, with tongs add them into wok/skillet and toss with sauteed veggies
  • add soy sauce as needed for flavor
  • continue to toss on low heat until noodles and veggies are thoroughly mixed
