How to make it

  • Lay out an egg wrapper
  • Place a couple slices of beef on wrapper, leaving 1/2" border
  • Layer of cheese, then 2 or 3 pickles, depending on size.
  • Onion and horseradish in you wish.
  • Roll up and seal with egg wash.
  • Fry in 350^ oil for 3-5 minutes; golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Be careful as they tend to stay hot.
  • Serve with a favorite tomato based sauce.
