How to make it

• Cook the lobster and let it cool down.
• Prepare the sauce with some slightly sauteed garlic,and pachino tomatoes in good olive oil.
• What is nice is if you take some of the water from the container that the lobster was cooked in...only the surface water,for this time you do not want to go below the depths in order to avoid the sand,then add it to the container that you will boil the pasta in...well,it is a nice exchange then using the plain this time.
• Once the pasta is ready,just mix it with the sauce and add the lobster cut in halve and cook it for another minute.
• Serve the lobster in the shell with the pasta on the plate.
• A final touch of flat leaf parsley,and if you feel refined enough,then a christening of grated bottarga on top of the plated pasta and lobster.
• I've learned to never add parmesan cheese to a seafood dish.
• Nothing else needed...as the flavor coming from the lobster is really delicious and it shouldn't be masked by other ingredients.
• Lying there beneath that ebony sky mentally connecting those sparkling,twinkling dots that could only be distributed across the heavens with a mighty hand,and a fire blazing next to me...Life couldn't be better!
